May 19 2019 RUSSIAN RIVER: Recent rains have knocked the spawning of bass, but before that and in the next week, action should return to good. Squiglly bright colored (chartreas) plastice and some rattle traps while water clears should be good. The Shad fishing condition are excellent because of the rains and reports of decent fishing up to Healdsburg.
